I’m Monique, B Sc. Sport Science student at the University of Stellenbosch and lifestyle coach. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and currently pursuing women's natural bodybuilding. I want to help every person become the strongest version of themselves, mentally and physically!

By using science-based conversation and strategies, people can be helped in behavior change that improves their health in the long run. I empower my clients to take up space.

I have struggled with being overweight in the past and understand 100% how negative body image impacts your quality of life. I have learnt through experience that training alone will not get you the results you want. I am a strong believer that motivation comes and goes, but discipline will not fail you. My program is all about commitment to yourself and understanding that there is no quick fix.
